From post-apocalyptic machine gods to eccentric coffee barons, they added a lot to flesh out the area without sacrificing the series' intrinsic theme and aesthetics. Mexico is the biggest highlight of this patch, writing an entire original lore piece just to fill the gaps surrounding the region. If you guys are living under a rock for the past couple of years, HOI4's Old World Blues - a mod that basically recreated the entire fallout mythos into the realm of RTSs, will be releasing their biggest update yet.
